Simple and fair refunds

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of membership purchase, provided you meet the usage requirements outlined below.

Requirements for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Used 2 or fewer mock exams
• Completed less than 5 exercises

Weekly Pass Refunds

For Weekly Passes, refunds are available only if requested within 12 hours of purchase. The same usage conditions apply (2 or fewer mock exams and less than 5 exercises completed).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at team@celprep.io with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• The date of your purchase
• Your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 24-72 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Requests made after the 7-day period (or 12 hours for Weekly Passes)
• Accounts that have used more than 2 mock exams
• Accounts that have completed 5 or more exercises
• Violation of our Terms of Service
